Morris’s Ice Cream

In this photo the Ice Cream Man was Sidney Fox, husband of Clara nee Morris, who was behind the camera. Marion Cox nee Morris was with her son David, Wendy Fox and Gillian Fox. The other two enjoying an ice cream were Sid’s mother and father from Herefordshire. Although a more modern Ice Cream Van than the first picture, it was still horse drawn as it is said Sid did not have a driving licence.The photo was taken at the top of Sherwood St Newton and is shared with us by Jeff Jephson.
